Veronica Castro was born on October 19, 1952 in Mexico City, Mexico. She is regarded along with Lucia Mendez the best actress of Mexican soap operas.
She first participated in the movie "El Superflaco" at the age of 4.Since then she participated less in movies and started acting in soap operas. She got enormous fame after participating in "Los ricos tambien lloran." She had an affainr with comedian Manuel "Loco" Valdez with whom she got pregnant of Christian Castro, a famous singer today. She's appeared naked on only one movie when younger.
