Her days are spent on sets where she meets nude hairdresser Shane and quickly becomes smitten with her - as most girls do. Her nights, however, are spent with her passion - either DJ-ing or hanging out at clubs listening for the next cool track to grace her ears. It's at one of these clubs where she meets a girl who may be more available for love than Shane seems to be. Carmen soon becomes caught between two possible loves. The stakes are high and the outcome is unpredictable for this sweet girl who doesn't play games where love is concerned. She turned Shane's head once, but can she succeed in getting her to take a second glance or will girl #2 be the one to win Carmen's affections. This Latina beauty (the daughter of a Mayan medicine man) may prove to be the most grounded character in Season 2, but she can certainly still turn up the heat.Sarah Shahi (also known as Sara Shahi) was born January 10, 1980 in Euless, Texas. Shahi is proof that remarkable people sometimes come from unremarkable places. Euless, (oftentimes referred to as "Useless" by locals) is a forgettable suburb of the classier Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. Always an overachiever and diehard competitor, Sarah threw herself into intellectual pursuits, beauty pageants, sports, and the arts. In addition to graduating near the top of her class at Southern Methodist University (SMU), Sarah also trained as an opera singer and earned a brown belt in karate.
