Be sure to check out all three picture galleries to your left.Peta Gia Wilson (she believes she was named after Miss Australia 1970) was born November 18, 1970, in New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.The daughter of Darcy Wilson, a retired warrant officer, and Karlene, a caterer, Peta and her family moved more than a dozen times before finally settling down in Papua New Guinea (where her father was stationed), where she was raised. If the name Peta Wilson doesn't ring a bell, that means you've probably missed out on one of the more entertaining and addictive shows on television, La Femme Nikita, about a beautiful woman forced to become a spy and cold-blooded killer. Peta Wilson's press coverage has certainly increased since she took on her role as Nikita, but she has also made splashes for her apparent dalliances with fellow Australian charmer Russell Crowe (side note, we know he was born in New Zealand, but only lived there for 4 years). Though they seem to be more friends than anything else, it hasn't stopped her huge online contingency from being up in arms over the alleged love affair.
