Keri Russell successfully moved from the ranks of child model and performer to leading roles as a young adult. The oldest of three, she was raised in the Southwest and in Denver before landing her first regular TV gig as one of the Mouseketeers on the Disney Channel's "All New Mickey Mouse Club" in 1991. During her three season stint with that show, Russell segued to the big screen as the babysitter for a giant toddler in the Disney-produced sequel "Honey, I Blew Up the Kid" (1992). After stints on two failed series (the 1994 CBS sitcom "Daddy's Girls" and the 1996 NBC primetime soap), the young actress landed the coveted title role in "Felicity" (The WB, 1998-2002), a fantasy drama about a college freshman coping with life changes. Russell also turned up on the big screen in a supporting role in "Eight Days a Week" and undertook her first lead in the independent romance "Mad About Mambo" (both 1999).
