Kaley Cuoco began her entertainment career at a young age as a commercial actor and model. She landed her first feature film role at the age of eight in "Virtuosity ," starring Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe, and has kept busy ever since. She currently stars as Bridget Hennessy on ABC's "8 Simple Rules ." Cuoco's other television credits include a starring role in the series "Ladies Man " as well as guest appearances on "7th Heaven ," "Northern Exposure " and the critically acclaimed series "My So-Called Life ." A strange coincidence from her various acting roles occurred when she first guest starred on ABC's "Ellen ," as the young Ellen DeGeneres? character in flashback sequences and later portrayed Maureen McCormick? (Marcia Brady) in the television film "Growing Up Brady ." Cuoco went on to appear again with De Generes on "The Ellen Show ," this time playing the daughter of guest actress Mc Cormick's character. Other credits include the Disney Channel Original Movie "Alley Cats Strike ," "Toothless ," "Attack of the 50 Ft. Woman " and "Quicksand: No Escape ," as well as the ABC minseries "Dean Koontz's Mr. Murder " and the NBC miniseries "10.5 ." Cuoco next will be seen in the feature film "Hollow ." Additional film credits include "Picture Perfect ," "Can't Be Heaven " and "Lucky 13 ." Cuoco also has performed on stage in community theater productions of "Fiddler on the Roof " and "Annie ." She keeps active with her charity work for the Elisabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and Animal Avengers. In addition to riding her horse, she enjoys hiking, running, going to the gym.
